Joseph Garcin, Inez Serrano, and Estelle Rigault have all died. The 3 of them find themselves confined in a windowless, mirrorless, tacky room that they believe to be Hell.
However, instead of the physical torture they thought they would find, they slowly realize that they are trapped in a psychological hell, where they torment each other through their interactions and perceptions. They come to learn that Hell... is just other people ~ NO EXIT.
